1. Who we are and when these terms apply

This website, lazzarolending.com (the "Site"), is run by The Lazzaro Lending Group, powered by Reasy Financial, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The Lazzaro Lending Group is a team of Reasy Financial, LLC (NMLS #2446155), and Justin Lazzaro (NMLS #1229453) is the licensed loan originator. By using the Site or submitting a form, survey, or booking request on it, you agree to these terms.

2. What the Site is for

The Site gives general information about home loans and a way to contact us. Nothing on the Site is an offer to lend, a loan approval, or a commitment to lend. Loan programs, rates, and terms change often and depend on your credit, income, assets, property, and other factors. You receive the terms that apply to you only after you apply, in the disclosures required by law. All loans are subject to credit approval and underwriting.

3. Calls, texts, and emails

Submitting a form does not by itself give us permission to send you marketing. Our forms ask for your permission separately:

• About your request. If you check the box agreeing to be contacted about your request, we may call, text, and email you about that request, such as your quote, rate alert, appointment, or Loan Estimate review, including with an automated system.
• Marketing. We send marketing calls and texts, such as rate updates and offers, only if you also check the separate, optional marketing box. That consent is never a condition of getting a quote, applying, or getting a loan.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can stop any kind of message at any time. Our Communications Policy explains how we contact you and how to change your choices.

4. Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with, including the service providers that run the Site. When you apply for a loan, Reasy Financial, LLC's consumer privacy notice also applies.

5. Accurate information

Please give us accurate and complete information. Our answers, estimates, and recommendations depend on what you tell us, and incorrect information can change the result.

6. Estimates, calculators, and outside tools

Our calculators and the home value tool give estimates for general planning only. They are not loan offers or appraisals. Some features and links are provided by other companies, such as myHomeIQ and Reasy Financial's secure application portal. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

7. No guarantee of approval or rates

We work to find you a good loan, but we cannot promise that you will be approved or that you will get a particular rate, payment, or closing date. A rate is not guaranteed until it is locked in writing.

8. Site content

The text, design, logos, and graphics on the Site belong to The Lazzaro Lending Group, Reasy Financial, LLC, or the companies that license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please do not copy or republish our content without permission.

9. Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by errors on the Site, interruptions or delays in service, or services run by other companies. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under federal or state consumer protection or lending laws.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, except where the law of the state you live in gives you rights that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
