What a second look covers

A Loan Estimate is a standard form, which makes offers easy to compare once you know where to look.

The rate and the points

A lower rate is not always the better deal. I look at what you are paying in points, or receiving in lender credits, to get that rate.

Lender fees and other costs

Origination charges belong to the lender. Title, appraisal, and government fees are similar no matter who you choose. I separate the two so you compare the part that differs.

What I need from you

There is nothing to upload here. After you send the form, I will reach out, and you can share your Loan Estimate by secure link or go over it with me by phone. A second look is not a loan approval or a commitment to lend.
